WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
As a small business, I unfortunately do not accept returns on prints or originals. ALL ART SALES ARE FINAL.
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints or originals are packaged carefully and arrive safely to their destination. If your print or original arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact info@shaunacarroll.com with your order number for further instructions.
DO YOU DO COMMISSIONS?
YES! I absolutely love creating unique pieces for you or a loved one. This process is a very case-to-case basis, and turn around time varies. For more information on this, check out my Commission Process page here.
I look forward to working with you!
WHAT ABOUT SURFBOARDS?
For custom painted surfboards, I usually source the board to use as an up-cycled canvas. However, I can paint one that you have if you prefer! If you’d like to be able to surf the board, I ask that you provide the unfinished board ready for paint and/or be prepared to work with/ commission a shaper of my choice as well.
